SUPPLIER SHOWCASE
Here’s How It Works:
As a Supplier Showcase participant, you have the opportunity to exhibit on Monday from 1:00 to 3:30 PM, giving ample spotlight time with the attendees for you to introduce your products and services to everyone.
Instead of the traditional “booth”, you’ll have a table (cocktail round) upon which you can display product samples, literature, give-aways, whatever you like. (It’s just like having a booth, only smaller, and more convenient for you.)
Because there’s a 2 ½-hour allotted time frame in a festive, social setting, that gives each attendee time to come and visit with you. Each attendee will be provided with a “passport” that you will stamp, showing evidence that the attendee visited with you at your table. At the end of the session, everyone with a fully-stamped passport (meaning the attendee visited with every Supplier Showcase member), those fully-stamped passports will go into a hopper for a drawing. The prize this year is a $500.00 gift card. That’s the built-in incentive for each attendee to visit with you!
PAST PRESIDENTS DINNER
This traditional Sunday evening gathering is always a great way to kick off our networking, and re-visiting with friends we haven’t seen in a while.
